Who We Are

About Serelora

Serelora was built by people who worked on the frontlines of healthcare and walked out with the same complaint. From the clinic floor to the claims queue, we all realized that the medical record wasn't serving the provider or the patient.

OUR MISSION

We believe the EHR was built backwards. For 30 years, clinicians have adapted judgment, time, and language to fit software designed for billing and compliance first, care second. The clinician serves the EHR, not the other way around.

Serelora aims to reverse that relationship. We’re building the EHR the way it should have been built, with AI woven into the record listening, documenting, coordinating, and acting so clinicians can practice medicine instead of managing software.

MEET THE TEAM

Luis Cisneros headshot

Luis Cisneros

Co-Founder & CEO

Luis's background spans clinical care, research, and healthcare operations, with time in busy oncological gastroenterology, surgical, and dental practices. He saw firsthand how much of a patient's burden happens outside the exam room: tracking down records, waiting on forms, and stalling on missing paperwork or delayed faxes.

He has been the one coordinating approvals, chasing documents, and keeping things moving so treatment could happen in time. At Serelora he focuses on building AI that automates those bottlenecks away, so care teams can focus on patients and patients aren't left navigating a broken system on their own.

Spencer Wozniak headshot

Spencer Wozniak

Co-Founder & CTO

Spencer brings a background in academic AI research and several years spent working inside hospitals alongside patients and clinicians. Time and again he watched care break down when critical information stayed trapped in fragmented, outdated EHR systems: software that made it harder, not easier, for people to help one another.

That experience led him to move fully into software and co-found Serelora, where he leads the effort to turn clinical AI into a system that safely automates real clinical workflows end-to-end, putting order where there is fragmentation, clarity where there is noise, and ownership where it belongs: with the patient.
